This facility is offered by Ahli Bank to its corporate clients in order to finance industrial,
real estate, tourism transportations and other kinds of capital ventures. Project financing involves
participation in project finance at varying levels such as direct participation, club deals and syndication transactions.

To apply for a project financing you have to adhere to Ahli Bank's terms and conditions by providing us with the following:

Personal Net Worth Statements for shareholders and/or directors.

Corporate tax returns for the past three years.

Corporate Audited Financial statements for the past three years.

Other documentation which may be required depending on the loan type and available guarantee(s).

Project's feasibility study and cash flow statement.
