A loan that enables you to purchase a piece of land to build your dream house or obtain a loan by mortgaging the owned property.

- Financing up to JD100,000.
- Payback period up to 12 years.
- Free life, property and permanent total disability insurance.
- MasterCard and Visa credit card, exempted from issuance fees for the first year.
- Free debit card (Maestro Card) and online banking services.

How can I apply for a real estate loan?
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid National Identification Card for Jordanians.
- Valid Passport & Residential Permit for non-Jordanians.
- Proof of Income.
